Our orders are shipped with DHL services. The addressee of every shipped order is provided with with a tracking number. All orders shipped with DHL will be conducted within 3-5 working days.
Son de Flor commits to ship an order that is in stock within 1-2 working days. However If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has a right to terminate the agreement, free of charge. Son de Flor will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination.
Shipping fees, specified in € (Euro) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays once a package has been shipped. Son de Flor is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We do not take responsibility for lost packages. International parcels are "lost", when 2 months have passed from shipping date. We don´t refund shipping fees.
Son de Flor is not responsible for the fees of customs and/or import duties once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately Son de Flor has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.
Son de Flor will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.
