12 heads of radish
1 spoon of brown sugar
3-4 spoons of balsamic vinegar
1 spoon of butter
Pinch of coarse salt
Soft goat cheese
Radishes, when fried, loose its’ bitterness & become soft and sweet.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Mix butter & radishes with sugar and fry as long as the sugar melts. When all the radishes slightly roast, pour balsamic vinegar and gently mix everything till the liquid vapors.
Serve warm and add your favorite goat cheese. Curd cheese fits equally well!
